If I remember right, I got $15/hr at Gensler in New York back in 2005. Plus any overtime we worked (which was not much at all).
if you have a specialization they might pay you more... a little more :)

ask for 15 and see what you get...
you can always settle for lower
I think RTKL paid more. I got $14 working at the Dallas office while Gensler offered $12.
ask for $28 and see what you can get. they're always going to negotiate you down.

i got $25/hour last summer + extra for overtime. seriously, go for $28 and see what you can get.
