MIT(MA-ADV) vs Cooper Union(M.arch2)

Hi everyone,

I admitted to Cooper Union (M.arch2-technology, 1.5years, full-tuition), MIT (MA-ADV, 2.5years, half-tuition), and Columbia MSAAD. However, I’m still not making up my mind where to enter between Cooper Union and MIT.

The thing is that I have difficulty in finding the information about the M.Arch 2 at the Cooper Union, such as student's works and studio's atmosphere.

Specifically, my goal during the grad school is to study prototyping and prefabricated structure more in-depth. I wonder whether the academic atmosphere at the Cooper Union is practical or experimental, and the facilities as well as courses are satisfactory in order to research on architectural technologies, such as materials and structures. As you know, MIT has the incomparable LAB systems in respect to architectural technologies.

I would appreciate if you let me know about the Cooper Union, especially about the M.arch 2.

Thank you so much.
