In adt 2.0, Whenever I open a new file, the file,modify,edit, etc toolbar at the top disappears. I'm left with only the express tool whenever I have a cad file open. Any help solving this dilemma would be much appreciated.
i fixed it, or i just reinstalled the program
that would be my advice to anyone who comes across this problem in the future
