So I am not a licensed architect at this point, but i am helping a family member by supplying them with a change of use plan and life safety plan. basically changing an office suite space into a childcare. i got everything done and submitted to city but because i am not licensed they will not approve change of use and told me they will once these drawings are stamped.
Question: how much shud i look to spend to have someone stamp a life safety plan and basically a furniture plan?
or shud i just have my old boss do this as a favor?
