Hello architects

Can someone please share a dwg or a dfx file of oak park and river Park Chicago with me. I am a thesis student at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich, and really need the data. I need the buildingoutline, parcelinformation (tax), streets and sidewalks. Would

 I know many firms have developed projects in Oak Park or River Forest and was hoping someone would be kind enough to send me a decent dwg or other CAD format to use as a base map for research purpose. This is in no way going to be used for commercial purposes, just for my own academic investigation. E-mail me if you want to talk in person about it.
