Argh! Financial Certification
Ok so none of my other applications had this requirement- the financial certification.
I am applying to Michigan and only just saw this today. Unfortunately I work for the humble rupee in rural India so I can't show my measly bank balance!. I was hoping to start work overseas from Feb to earn $ for grad school- and try for scholarships. Now I am not sure what the hell to put on this damn form. Any others in the same position?

It is not needed before accepted. U should at least save one year's tuition for three months.
Are you sure? On the website it says it must be submitted along with your application.
Quite sure. Many friends have applied UMich in MArch, they told me about that
