Has anyone tried Impression (created by Autodesk)? Having read about the program, it seems to create a smoother transition from a CAD file to a rendering but I am curious about it's rendering capabilities.
It's not really rendering so much as giving cad files a traditional "watercolor" type treatment for presentations. I messed about with it and it was quite nice, it reads all the hatches etc and is better at working with cad than illustrator or Photoshop since it maintains layers etc.
