To meet some requirements for a couple schools, I had to bring down the page limit down to just over 20. In order to do that, I thought it would be a good idea to use "tabs" instead of page dividers to down the page limit. What do you guys think? Is it effective? Other suggestions?
I think it looks cheesy, especially since the design isn't integrated with the rest of your portfolio's overall layout. Try finding some sort of header/color-coding system that better integrates with the layout, or just cut some of your pages without re-designing.
Tabs over page dividers? (Portfolio design decision)

The issue is, there is a minimum of 4 projects required...
It looks like I might have to go that route...
