I would like to know if anyone knows where i can get a kit that'll give me materials to build my own design of a home, NOT a kit that gives me materials for a floor plan that comes with the kit.
that's pretty funny. have you tried asking at a lumber yard? you would need a pretty big truck to get it home though. of course that depends on the kind of house you want. some people live in cardboard boxes, so if that's what you're looking at a smaller truck might handle it.

i mean a kit of materials to make a model of a home like a design proposal i guess, i wasn't specific
i see. you may want to try sketchup. that has a faster learning curve compared with other similar tools.

I use to work at Home Depot and a guy came to me and asked can you direct me to area that has all the material to build a house
