Check out the architects Decosterd & Rahm who use a Nietzsche-influenced Aesthetics of Physiology to construct sensory spaces - I have their monograph which glows in the dark...

At regime.dk we like to do Behavioral Architecture & Design by use of a sensory based method. We investigate the sensory premise for being and working in a urban world.

We made a scent piece for last years achitectural exhibition at Louisiana, which you can see at our website..

Nice finding this thread and your suggestions.. thanks!

Philippe Rahm technically doesn't deal with sensory design as much as he works with "atmospheric architecture" - he designs around specific climatic conditions (evaporation, condensation, humidity, etc) and is very pragmatic about it.

CasperRegime, your work is very interesting - from theory to implementation.  I did a thesis exploring the sense of smell and how it can be integrated into building design.  Program, circulation and building shape are all guided by a choreographed olfactory experience.

I was kinda looking into the realms of the aural aspects of architecture this past school year and discovered the work of Howeler and Yoon. Hope this helps - They were featured in a thick book called Light Colour and Sound in Architecture
