Am looking to learn best practices re: low and middle income residential housing (e.g. apartments, etc.). * DESIGN: award winning design in low income housing (e.g. Designs that may have not yet been built) * PROJECTS: are there specific projects cited by the industry that are best practice examples? (e.g. Projects that have actually been built) * PRE-FAB: pre-fab apartment units – what's been done in this space thats considered best in class? * LEADING PRACTICES: leading practices for density guidelines (e.g. maximum/minimum apartment units built on 1 acre property) References to books, articles, weblinks and architects would be much appreciated.
