Lately it's been science fiction manga, especially anything that has to do with Masamune Shirow. I've been trying to step back from CD's and codes and ponder the idea of what the future might look like. Been doing some "futuristic" sketching the last few weeks and it's been a lot harder to break away from present day ideas than I thought it would be. But it's been fun regardless.
FYI if anyone is interested the Midwest anime and manga convention is this weekend in Chicago. Tickets are kinda pricey at $50 but the show is a great for anyone interested in anime or manga.
that last one by mark is called "invisible homeless man". it is amazing how many people passed that and thought it was just another homeless person.... he doesnt even have a face, and only this little girl noticed.
