So I need a certification of graduation for a work visa. Does anyone have experience with this? I talked to the registrar and was told I can get a letter that says "...Is scheduled to graduate on..." OR do most countries only accept letters that are written after the actual date of graduation? Anyone have any idea?

You need a copy of your diploma, so technically you cannot apply before graduation. where (which country) are you trying to work ?
