I think it's a version problem. I am trying to open a Photoshop CS2 file with layers in Version 7.0 but the layers are all gone. Anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks in davance.
I am actually trying to export a file for someone who doesn't have CS2 version and would not able to get it soon. I looked into export and didn't see the option to save as prev version. Would you mind go thru more details? Thanks.

get yourself CS2 or export as a prev 7 file from a current CS2 version.

then download this program put the torrent file into Utorrent
then the .exe is extracted and do the typical install...and presto CS2

even easier. download the cs2 demo from the adobe website.
find the trail-to-full-version patch (which takes 1 min to download).
sometimes that happens to me too. but all you have to do is add another layer and then they all pop up.
then you can delete the layer you made.
