Hopefully the recommendation letter is one page - any more and it may get overlooked. And only attach one (maybe two if they are supurb recommendations)..Anymore and it might go in the trash.
Almost forgot to mention – above all, follow the resume submitting instructions for each job – if they specifically stipulate resume only, or resume and cover letter, follow those instructions or call/email the company and ask them if they accept supporting material.
Most companies frown upon not following instructions, and they might just toss your resume for the simple fact that you did not follow their instructions…

reccomendation with resume?
any opionions on if attaching a letter of reccomendation to a resume/cover letter would be good / bad idea? thanks
