Basic question about MArch start dates.

SAFY

I'm writing from the UK and have a very basic question about MArch programs.

Do all M.Arch programs necessarily begin in the Fall Semester (September), or is it possible in certain cases to start in the Spring Semester?

I may apply for MArch programs in December 2014 after graduating from an undergraduate degree in June of that year.  I am a mature student (27yrs) and would rather start the MArch as soon as possible (following spring) after completing the undergraduate degree.

I suspect all MArch programs begin in the Fall Semester but just wanted to double check.  Thanks.

In general they all follow specific curriculum and thus would all begin in the fall. You should double check with each school that you are applying to, however my gut tells me all of the top programs begin in the fall. And 27 is not a mature student... I am 31 and going to grad school next fall, I am just slightly above the average age...

Thanks for that mtt9999.  I suspected most programs typically start in the autumn (fall).  Also, I'm 27 now and probably won't apply until 2014, so I'll also be just over the average age by then.
