i got an offer from them that i turned down because i decided to leave houston instead. similar experience as yours. offer was 46, which is pretty good considering the cheap cost of living in houston. when i moved to chicago, the firms that i got offers from offered me 1500 sign on bonus to help me with the move. i didn't take it, but my costs were 1100 bucks, so this would have covered.
