Not that there's anything wrong with being a glass rep (Saint-Gobain Glass India) but what's the point of all these softball questions? Baiting the hook?
Every problem mdler described is a response to poor craftsmanship and client hoarding. If you are referring to that Modern anyways, it fails because the values and reality became disconnected. If you're talking about contemporary, its because people rather have a larger, poorly built house, than a more compact well crafted house. The difficulties are social issues (just look at the majority of "architecture" magazines in your bookstore).
