working at vinoly?

meowmeow

I've heard it's intense to say the least. Anyone have any stories/personal experience about what it's like?

That thread is kind of old, I was hoping there would be some new insight since then.

A good friend of mine worked at Vinoly in London. Said that place was like a mortuary.

vinoly has an incredible turnover according to a chap I graduated with... it is expected that you will work 7 days a week/60 hrs a week. most of the people burn out after a few months. dont have time to get into more detail, just be ready to bust ass.

fwiw...a good friend of mine worked in vinoly's nyc model shop for a while.

not that this helps, but he's no longer in architecture anymore, and is studying for a masters in clinical psych.

he can build some kicka$$ models though.
