Is there a correct way to draw the section cut line(s) on a floor plan or is it up to me whatever looks best. For instance, what should the line weight be, and should it be continuous, dashed, dot-dashed, etc. Thanks for any clarification!
Generally section cut lines are among the heaviest lines on the page. A dash-dot of some kind works well, depending on what other line types you have in the project. You want section keys to be easy to find, so they should be readily distinguishable from other line types.
