Have you ask your teacher yet? Your teacher should have explained how line weight is important, even if the plan is uncertain. I have no idea which objects are closest to me right now. Take the wall for an example - if you add thickness to three side and draw a thin line for the fourth, people who look at your plan will get a hint that one side of the building don't have a wall.

All in all though, it's best to just ask someone around you - teacher, classmate, upper classmate from the room next door, etc. Quicker and much easier than explaining in text.
