I am from Nairobi, Kenya. I am set to join the University of Nairobi in September 2012 but the closest I can get to a B.Arch degree is after 6 years and I have to go through B.Arch Studies first. If I transfer after my first year to the USA using B.Arch Studies, can I still be eligible for a B.Arch degree in any university? If yes, which universities should I apply to?
I cannot give you an answer about being eligable at any university, as it has been my experience that different universities will accept anything from one part of your credits from your current studies, to all of them. I would reccomend trying to contact the admissions offices of the places you have researched and would like to apply to, and go from there. This could help narrow down the schools you apply to as well.
Hope this helps!
