If the title of the topic didn't scare you away, I have a quick question I would love a quick responce to. I am designing a mail room for a condo building, and am wondering if every mailbox has to meet ADA requirements (aka be located below 54" AFF). The new USPS code, 4C, allows the highest mailbox lock to be 67" AFF. Any thoughts?
condo's are a form of ownership, which shouldn't affect any of the requirements.
