Is anybody else alone on xmas? It turns out that I couldn't find a financially acceptable flight home to LA and am now stuck in NYC. I just arrived here a few months ago and everyone that I know is leaving to be with family. My buddy, who also lives in NYC, will be here late tomorrow night. How would you plan your lonely night alone in the Big Apple? I plan on maybe helping in a soup kitchen and then going out with my friend and getting drunk and singing xmas carols to everyone. Any additional suggestions?

oh yeah, hit the bar and find someone in similar straits, chances are good of some chirstmas lovin' in those situations.
