Second on the epson matte, although I'm using inkpress heavy from B&H. Great paper. It really depends on your printer, though. If you already have an Epson inkjet and are using Epson oem inks, then you can download ICC profiles so that your printer is calibrated to epson paper and you should get good color consistency.
