I will never cease to be amazed at our ability to post topics, in a timely manner, that are the confluence of some series of jokes from any number of other threads. It's very, I don't know - meta? (that's a joke from an old thread too, when will it end!?)
I'm partial to this guy's work lately, for my own "guilty pleasure"....I want to throw a huge party and hire him to sing at it. He does Nine Inch Nails too.....
Actually, I'm not even embarrassed to admit this: I downloaded Tattoo You (Rolling Stones 1981) today and I've listened to it about four times today - and will continue to do so until my work is done and I go to sleep! I suppose as an intelligent woman I should hate "Little T&A" but I love it!! And the second side (remember when "albums" had "sides"?) is all sorta cheesy power ballads but I love them too!
the songs i'm posting aren't guilty pleasures and there is nothing cheesy about any of these.. i guess i shouldn't like em as much as i do because they are all heartbreak songs and tearjerkers, but these are some of my favorite sing along / grandpa shuffle dance song.
i know its in hindu but this song and the movie was all time blockbuster in the rest of the world it is still no 1 in some places. bollywood was never the same after this.
>>Baby Come Back: Songs You Shouldn't Love, But Do
Well, here's Mine. Couldn't find a vid of the artist and the tribute I found made my eyes tear up...Yes, I am sensitive ladies...
So annoying, but so catchy. . .
Apparently if I was truly devoted fan of Brad Pitt, I would have put together a tribute slideshow of pictures of him overlaid on this song.
there's something missing in big professional that is captured by that young guy singing Jim Croce: in other words, sincerity.
Ha ha mine is in the title of this thread...
