sciarc is all about tests

You should without a doubt take the test again. I have never heard of this "sciarc" place, but any self-respecting institute of higher education would surely be concerned by such a poor performance.

The schools where I visited generally stated something along the lines of 600 and above being a basic benchmark, but they don't have a set minimum and would consider lower GRE scores with a combination of strong portfolio, gpa, letters, essay, etc.

One institution mentioned that anything under 450 would "raise eyebrows" but wouldn't necessarily be a death knell. That said, with scores in the 300s, yes I think it would be good to retake the GRE and get some of those test prep books with CD-ROMs and online practice tests.

im going to retake it in december and hopfully i get a better score.

I dont really think i had enough time to prepare for the test. and no sir im not illiterate. anyone can do bad on a test and plus english is a second language for me.

fuck the GRE.

so i signed up to take the exam on Jan 6th, and my first app deadline is Jan 19th---do you think ets scores will get there on time??
