Hey out there ---
curious to know - is it typical that an architect prepares boma calcs for a client ?
or does the client prepare them first, them then has architect slot in #'s ?
In my experience, the architect usually does the preliminary BOMA calcs and keeps them updated during design and documentation. The final calcs for leasing are usually done by a leasing surveyor or somebody like that.
thanks
