My work costume (obviously more modest) is a mall walker. You know, the old ladies that walk around malls wearing nylon warm-up suits? Yea, that will be me.
I'm dabbling with the notion of an "artsy" costume this year. Still haven't decided. Am trying to put a group together to make it happen, but I'm not sure if it will.....
michael winslow...... he has videos on youtube..... the martial arts skit is dope and the tennis one...hahahah....classic........ sir ..we have bloop.....beeps.......and bunggs
again, we're dumbing it down a bit, but now we're adding peeps...
...so going with the hometown theme... we have ferris, cameron, and sloan comitted... i will either be the dean, (jeffrey jones), or a blond beer maiden. goal: we will attempt to start impromptu parades in the middle of the chicago streets singing twist and shout.
i'm feeling like the halloween equivalent of a scrooge. we're dressing up our daughters, of course. but we weren't going to dress up at all. now my mother's coming to town with her husband and they're intending to wear costumes. arrrgh! so now i guess i gotta do something.
A few friends and I dressed up as American Gladiators on Saturday night. We are all wearing hot pants so it's probably best that it's a waist up shot. The jousting sticks were a hit amongst the other party goers.
The image includes former Gladiators from l to r: Malibu, Zap, Ice, and Lace.
Ill probably just get a Guy Fawkes mask and black hat. Id actually like to run to salvo, buy a cheap used suit with classic striped tie, grease my hair back, take an axe from one of our job sites and go as this guy:
I just don't think ill have the time to get the axe, go to salvo and go to class tomorrow.
Tonight I was the man from Nantucket. I had on my Nantucket hat, my Nantucket tourist shirt, my Sperry Topsiders, and I had one of these down my right leg.
This is our laser cutter guy's costume from last week. Pretty fricken sweet. This guy doesn't do too much talking. Keeps to himself. I guess he spends all his time thinking up awesome costume ideas.
halloween
What are people doing for costumes? I'm desperate for a clever idea.

I think someone should dress up as the Thread Killer for Halloween....

it was sweet.

I need costume ideas, guys!
The only thing I've got right now is using my friend's American Apparel wardrobe to assemble a typical nerd costume.
