While the article states that 2012 and 2013 incoming undergraduate students are still guaranteed a full ride, it does not mention anything about incoming graduate students. I'm planning to call Cooper this afternoon on my lunch break, but I was just wondering if anyone has any additional information on this? Are 2012 and 2013 graduate students still guaranteed the tuition waive?
