Anyone have strip mall experiance? Im interested in knowing if a PUD building can have an em. exit directly onto the drive lane of a parking lot. Is this "public way" if it's a giant driveway? You can walk accross it to get to the "public way".
do you have an nfpa book? it should be in there. seems to me that you aren't providing an unrestricted access to the public way via your exit discharge.
