Does anyone have an opinion about Rios Clementi Hale Studios in Los Angeles? They claim to be architects, landscape architects, urban design, graphic design, interior design and product design.
I have a few friends that work there - they seem to like it and there also seems to be low turnover. Most people stay for several years. They definitely do landscape design, urban design & interiors (projects are all scales from streetscapes & shopping malls to single family residential), and have a store in the office building (they own the whole building) that sells housewares etc.
From what I've seen and heard, they're one of the few types of firms that do decent work, have loyal (and well-rounded) employees, and do well financially... good management may be responsible for that..?
I would say they lie somewhere between boutique and corporate, but I may be off.
