One project that comes to my mind is the House in Moledo by Soto de Moura. He used prefabricated pre-tensed concrete beams there. I think he also used prefabricated concrete bricks for inner walls, but I'm not sure about that.
Not too much info on internet about it, maybe you'll have to search on books or magazines. I'll post more examples later.

I'm putting together a set of precedents of projects and building systems using precast/modular/pre-manufactured (you get the idea) concrete elements.
