I'd love to see the architect's (or maybe it was the ceo's) presentation on that proposal - "the company is called infosys, so we spelled out infosys. get it?"
are you sure thats real and not a doctored photo manuG? It reminds me of a theory prof I had whos only built work was a fish market shaped like a fish in plan. And he only wore black turtlenecks.
Oh lord. When I first saw the picture I thougth eww, just because of the badly layled campus. I had to read the tread and look closly to figure out it actually spelled out the company name!! LMAO
lol...for some reason i smell something bad when i look at that picture. i am just so glad i dont have to work there. how would you like to work in this monstrosity?
There are somethings you can get away with when goofy family entertainment is involved. I mean, there's a reason Frank and Zaha don't do pediatrician offices (other than cost of course).
Suck it up people - with the advent of GoogleEarth/maps literal and even "readable" plans will only increase. First year studio is dead, long live first year studio!
I just had a client request that their new HQ campus (200 acres) be brand specific from the air. Now its up to us what that means. I don't think this is an unreasonable goal. It doesn't have to mean that the name is spelled out. It just needs to be considered as somethin other than neutral space.
this makes me wanna throw up
INFOSYS campus, mysore, india. YEESH.
does everyone see what i'm trying to show you?
the level of discourse in this country is DISMAL, even among the rich and educated.. pathetic.

I love that NZ still has the same number of islans, even in miniature.
Actually, sad as that infosys image is, it's really this that makes me want to throw up.
infosys? well i've heard much about the kitchiness of the general public's taste in india, although i assure the states can be just as bad.
