Any advice on the scholarship and financial aid process for grad schools?
- How much can you negotiate or request?
- Especially in a M.Arch I program, what sort of qualifications will earn a scholarship?
- I understand for TA positions, you apply in some capacity and they are more likely to be awarded after your first year. How much does it depend on an application versus close connections to faculty?
I'm coming straight out of undergrad into a M.Arch I program (Berkeley/UTAustin/Columbia) and not sure how competitive my application was. Good enough to get in, not good enough for a scholarship. I'm hoping I can earn some scholarships but maybe that's a lofty goal?
