New Projects in Los Angeles

I just have a question. Do you think that Los Angeles will be revived by architecture? Well, I also wanna know what new projects are going on over there. Thanks

Thom Mayne has the Emerson College building coming on stream. I thought it was a design by Wes Jones & Partners, and it was not?
