are you limiting your search to the west coast? i tried to segue into exhibit design in boston but ended up getting an offer at an architecture firm in the middle of my job search, so i opted for that instead (at the time i needed a job more than i could afford to be picky). but i've got exhibit design contacts in boston if you'd like some firm names...
