That's an amazing price!!! I saw an apartment there in 2003 that was significantly higher. Unfortunately, the owners wouldn't rent to a foreigner.

Dasein, it's not far from Amsterdam's Central Station... Go for it!

I second that. It's not often one gets the chance to live in an MVRDV designed building. Although it depends on the floor, at least for me; I would not want to live on the first four floors with all that water.

you know, lots of buildings in Holland are at water level or below, i.e. they are built literally IN water, and it's not a problem. I'd love to live on the first four floors!

for Dutch home buyers / tenants, proximity to water is actually a big selling point. You see it in all the marketing materials.
