they are Danish...if I remember right their name is SLAB or some other four letter word relating to architecture (FORM, SITE, SHoP they all start running together). I believe they have recently broken up, a case of the OMA bug.

i think you may be refering to plot - although the project doesnt sound familiar

the project was displayed in the scandinavian pavillion at last years Venice Bienalle...I believe it was a harbour, not so much an island...
