I like new and interesting structural concepts.
But, there is something missing that is still there.
Too much gin, not enough vermouth?
I'm no expert in this field- can someone tell me what they think the Russian Constructivists, valid today or not, would have to say about this building? Would they find this building attractive and how so?

its not ugly. just a bit pointles. would be nice if the level of twisting was adjusted as the tower goes up.
