DG as a real tool

BLK

Did anyone some kind of school project where descriptive geometry was used as a generating tool for the form of the building?
I mean not an exercise or theoretical project while learning DG but as a basis for architectural project?

I am doing my diploma thesis (the theory part) and I am discussing geometry (advanced, topological, genetic etc.) as a tool.

At our school we olny learned the basis of DG and we only did some exercises (like intersections of solids etc.) but never really integrated what we learned in our studio work.

Preston Scott Cohen.... torus house, etc. And if you're looking for built work you can check out Tel aviv.

Gehry tried to use DG to build some of his early curvy stuff, but they abandoned that pretty quickly for catia/digital land.
