suggest a book

tman

I really liked the Harvard Design School Guide to Shopping and was wondering if anyone knows of books with similar subject matter.

did you read their book on china? great leap forward... also a book called "mutations" was kind of an intro for the 3 (4?) harvard design project on the city books.

tman,
I did some research on a subject peripheral to that and found these books pretty useful:
Satterwhite's "Going Shopping"
Longstreth's "City Center to Regional Mall"
Victor Gruen's "Shopping Towns USA"
Peter Rowe's "Making Middle Landscape"

also, check this site

also follow some of the bibliographical references and footnotes in Harvard Shopping book. good luck.
