Long time reader, first time poster here. I was hoping someone could tell me what project I'm thinking of and who the developer was. I read about it a couple years ago and cannot for the life of me remember what it was called, where it was, or who did it. From what I remember it was a high end restaurant and a few other businesses that hired exclusively juvenile delinquents. The goal was to create an environment which would promote smart life choices for young criminals and help them move away from crime. Not sure if I read about it here, archdaily, or even bustler, but I do remember the building had some architectural value to it.
