I got a job offer in China with a chinese firm. Therefore I am applying for a business F-Visa. The firm suggested that I apply for a Multiple Entry Visa with 6months duration of stay. However the consulates of Los Angeles are telling me the maximum duration of stay is 60 days. Will this be a problem. Can I still make things work with 60 days? I am assuming that I would just have to apply for a Work Permit almost immediately.
Thoughts? Thanks to those who reply.
