in NYC...I have a summer sublet available with the option to pick up the lease in september. It's a one bedroom at 400 riverside
(5 min. walk to campus) The sublet is from June 1 - August 31, 900/mo + approx $30 utl (wireless incl). Since this is a sublet, you will need to pay the 3 months rent up front with one month security ($3600 total). references required.
