I just took a job as a carpenter (well, journeyman) and I was wondering what book(s) would help me learn everything about conventional residential construction.
Sadly there is no constructionect.com so hopefully someone out there might help me with this info.
thanks rationalist...I skimmed through that at the bookstore but wasn't sure it was the right book...
A book on amazon... fundamentals of residential construction by edward allen seemed like it might be good. I guess I am looking for something fairly technical.
