Quickest way to be part of the team.... go to SCI-Arc.
Actually, I guess that would take a couple years. But still, The Team is a little SCI-Arc heavy. (You'd have even better luck if you went to SCI-Arc and were tall. Evan, R. Scott, any others? Those are the only two I've met.)
