I am looking for a fairly new structure as presedence for a 3-4 story office building on a 150' x 50' footprint. Does anyone have any suggestions where to look?
not quite a fit, but stern's office did the small two story infill in this picture as a new lobby entry piece for the taller building to the left. the larger building was then renovated as headquarters for a liquor distributor, brown-forman.
i think saitowitz's office/loft building (where his office is) meets your description. it may be on a wider lot than i remember.

i could think of some examples of residential buildings in japan with that kind of footprint but not offices. sorry, not very helpful.
