but like many poorly managed comps....something here went wrong....never really got off the ground...i think 'caste' was running it.

I can get a couple impartial judges and try to find a sponsor to offer a prize to the winner... an ipod or something like that.

TED - yes, i did make that statement, but my proposal was apparently ignored by caste, the member who offered the initial idea for the competition... hence, no fruition.
