I'm new to the forum and have been reading around, and there an abundance of great information in this forum. I am a Manufacture's Architectural rep for a company out of Washington DC trying to break into the architectural side of thing as opposed to the contractor/homeowner which as been out bread and butter for about 80 years now.
My questions is about CSI (construction specifications institute) I am my company's Norther Virginia Rep. Are the spec written in house? If so do they utilize the CSI in their area? I have heard great things about CSI and I wanted to get an Architect's perspective about CSI.
Thanks!
